While liquids like diet soda and coffee are allowed, the healthier and better options are green tea and plain water.

To speed up the rewards and increase the efficiency of this 3-Day Diet, simply work out everyday or take a quick walk around your locality. Once the three days are over, you should boost the consumption of calories back to the usual amount. This time, pick healthier options like lean protein, healthy fat, whole grain and lots and lots of vegetables and fruits.
